“腹背八卦”针灸疗法治疗中风后抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression with Acupuncture of "FuBeiBaGua"

目的:观察"腹背八卦"针灸疗法治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将60例符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组("腹背八卦"针灸,n=30)和对照组(盐酸氟西汀口服,n=30),疗程4周。治疗前后分别对两组用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价抑郁程度,用Barthel指数(BI)评定日常生活能力,用中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分表(CSS)评价神经功能。结果:"腹背八卦"针灸疗法在抗抑郁及神经康复能力上明显强于盐酸氟西汀组(P<0.01),两组治疗后HAMD、BI、CSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"腹背八卦"针灸疗法可明显改善卒中后抑郁程度并能促进神经功能康复。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture of ＂FuBeiBaGua＂ in the treatment of post - stroke depression. Methods ： A total of 60 post - stroke depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ acupuncture of ＂FuBeiBaGua＂, n =30} and control group （fluoxetione, n = 30） , both were treated for 4 weeks. HAMD, BI and CSS be- tween two groups before and after the treatment were tested. Results ： The effect of antidepression and neuro recovery in the trea- ted group is better than that in the control group {P 〈0. 01 ） . The comparison of HAMD, BI and CSS between two groups after the treatment showed markedly change （P 〈 O. 05 ） . Conclusions： The acupuncture of ＂ FuBeiBaGua＂ can significantly. improve the depressive symptoms and neurological functions.
