点支式玻璃建筑中铸铝支承件承载性能有限元分析

Finite element analysis of load-carrying properties of cast aluminum alloy fixings in point-supported glass buildings

摘要 铸铝支承件自重轻、比强度高,相对在点支式玻璃建筑中通常使用的不锈钢支承件有较大的优势。现有的试验研究和计算分析表明,不锈钢支承件强度储备过大,可以采用铸铝支承件优化替代,但相关专门研究的缺乏限制了它的应用。铸铝支承件的承载性能试验仅得到了肢端屈服荷载,尚需要进一步的分析研究。对3种铸铝支承件进行非线性有限元分析,同时和试验结果对比。分析结果表明了有限元数值模拟的可靠性,基于有限元分析得到了支承件肢端荷载与相应的最不利应力和位移的关系,提出了铸铝支承件的承载性能评价。 While used in point-supported glass buildings,fixings made of cast aluminum alloy have advantages of lighter weight and higher strength-to-weight ratio,comparing to which made of stainless-steel.Moreover,the current experimental study and calculation analysis have indicated that fixings made of stainless-steel keep great safety margins.Therefore cast aluminum alloy fixings could be a better choice,but due to lack of special study,application of cast aluminum alloy is limited.Through relative loading test of cast aluminum alloy fixings,yielding load capacity was obtained,whereas further analysis is required.Nonlinear finite element analysis(FEA) of three typical fixings is carried out,and the results are compared with those come from experimental investigation.Afterwards the reliability of FEA model is confirmed.Relationship between load and the most unfavorable stress,displacement can be obtained based upon FEA.At last,load-carrying properties of cast aluminum alloy fixings are evaluated.
