法门寺合十舍利塔补强加固技术

摘要 法门寺合十舍利塔是"5·12"汶川大地震发生时在建的陕西省重点工程,主塔高148m,为空间钢骨高强混凝土组合结构,其双手合十的双折线造型,受力复杂,结构变形控制难度大,给施工带来很大挑战。本文分析了该工程54m标高结构转换层在汶川地震时的破坏性状及形成原因,提出了斜墙节点的构造方式和手心、手背补强钢带连接的加固施工技术,通过具体施工检验证明该加固方式切实可行,为以后类似工程节点构造和改造加固提供借鉴和指导。 The project of the Palmstogether Pagoda in the Famen Monastery are the main projects in Shaanxi province.It is steel reinforced concrete structures,their palms together is two-line model,the forcement is so complex that the structural deformation is difficult to control.It is a great challenge to construction.Through the project after the Wenchuan earthquake damage survey we collect a great deal about the different structure damage of the buildings,we did a preliminary statistical analysis of the distribution of crack and its causes,and proposed a nod structure pattern about oblique wall and steel reinforcement construction technology about plam and the plam and the back of the hand connection.Through specific construction test about this pattern proven it is feasible and give some advises for the similar reinforcement structure.
