摘要
通过对超声波检测方法的理论探讨,结合工程实例,利用声波曲线判定桩身混凝土质量及缺陷的可疑位置,采用超声波的声时、声幅和PSD判据多参数综合分析法,判断基桩的桩身质量,克服了单一参数易造成误判的缺点,提高了桩身质量评价的准确性。实践证明:采用跨孔超声波法检测混凝土灌注桩桩身质量,其结果直观可靠,为桩身混凝土质量提供了一种有效的检测方法。
Through theoretical discussion of the ultrasonic testing method and combining the engineering case,the quality of pile body concrete and the possible positions of pile defects are detected by ultrasonic curve.The sonic time and sonic amplitude of the ultrasonic wave and multi-parameter synthetic analysis method of PSD criterion to examine the quality of pile body,overcomes the defects of the single parameter method which enables erroneous result.This method enhances the precision of the assessment of the quality of pile body.Practice shows that the cross-hole ultrasonic method for quality inspection of cast-in-place concrete pile can give visual and reliable results.Thus,it is an effective inspection method for the quality of pile body concrete.
