摘要
采用臭氧氧化法对活性污泥进行预处理。通过单因素试验考察了臭氧添加对污泥TCOD,SCOD,VS,TS的影响,并以污泥厌氧发酵产气量为考察指标,筛选出最佳预处理工艺。研究表明,经0.25 gO3.gVS-1臭氧处理后的污泥TCOD降低了1800 mg.L-1,SCOD上升了400 mg.L-1,VS平均上升了20%,TS平均降低了2.5%,产气量较未处理增加了250%。
Ozone oxidation was used for pretreatment of activated sludge in this study. Through single-factor test, the effect of ozone additive on sludge TCOD, SCOD, VS, TS, were experimented, and the ozone treated sludge was anaerobically fermented. Taking the gas production of anaerobic fernmatation as the index, the optimum ozone concentration of 0.25 gO3 · gVS^-1 was selected. Comparing with the untreated sludge, the ozone treated sludge with concentration of 0.25 gO3· gVS^- 1 could reduee sludge TCOD by 1800 mg· L^-1, SCOD increased by 400mg · L^-1 , and the sludge VS rose by 20%, TS 2.5 % lower, and the gas production increased by 250%.
