不同地域和采收期宁夏枸杞多糖含量比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的考察宁夏不同地域、不同采收期枸杞多糖的含量。方法对宁夏中宁、黑城、七营夏秋两季枸杞,以葡萄糖为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定枸杞多糖的含量。结果夏果较秋果枸杞多糖含量高,黑城夏果中多糖含量为10.08%,中宁夏果中多糖含量为13.57%,固原七营夏果中多糖含量为最高,达到14.40%。结论宁夏枸杞中多糖含量均值高于10%,并且固原七营枸杞夏果多糖含量较高。 Objective To determine the content of polysaccharide of Lycium barbarum L.from Zhongning,Heicheng and Qiying in Ningxia this collected in summer and autumn.Methods The contents of polysaccharide were determined by spectroscopic methods with glucose as a stander.Results The contents of polysaccharide collected from summer were higher than collected from autumn.The content of polysaccharide collected from Heicheng was 10.08%,which collected from Zhongning was 13.57%.And the content of polysaccharide collected from Guyuan Qiying was the highest which was reached to 14.40%.Conclusion The contents of polysaccharide of Lycium barbarum L.are higher than 10% in Ningxia.And which collected in summer from Guyuan Qiying is the highest.
