摘要
目的探讨乳腺良恶性肿块超声造影定量血流灌注参数与病理微血管密度的相关性。方法对95例乳腺肿块患者(60例良性,35例恶性)术前行超声造影检查,绘制时间-强度曲线,得到达峰强度,对术后病理标本进行抗CD34因子免疫组化染色,检测肿瘤微血管密度,然后对两者进行相关分析。结果恶性组的达峰强度高于良性组(P<0.05)。恶性组的病理微血管密度也高于良性组(P<0.05)。达峰强度与病理微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.75,P<0.01)。结论乳腺肿块超声造影的定量参数达峰强度与病理微血管密度呈正相关关系,可用于评估乳腺肿块的血管生成情况。
Objective To investigate the correlation between quantitative parameters with contrast enhanced sonography combined with time-intensity analysis and microvessel density(MVD) in solid breast lump.Methods Ninety-five patients with breast lump were examined by contrast enhanced sonography and time-intensity analysis were performed to measure the quantitative parameters.Immunohistochemical staining used for anti-factor CD34 performed,and the microvessel density was evaluated in surgical specimens.Results The enhancement parameters showed that peak intensity was significantly higher in malignant tumor than that in benign lesions(P〈0.05).MVD also showed significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Malignant lesions contained more microvessels than benign lesions.It showed significantly positive correlation between the peak intensity and MVD(r=0.75,P〈0.01).Conclusion The ehancement parameter with contrast enhanced sonography combined time-intensity analysis of breast lesions are well correlated with MVD,which can be used to estimate the angiogenesis in breast neoplasms.
