疗养院收治康复病人效益分析

Economic analysis of rehabilitation patients visiting in sanatorium

目的研究疗养院康复科收治地方康复病人的病种和效益,为疗养院康复科建设提供依据。方法对康复病人病种进行分类统计,分析各病种的比例和技术、经济效益。结果脑卒中、脑外伤、截瘫、骨科创伤术后和老年病等5类病种效益最好。结论疗养院康复科应将收治脑卒中、脑外伤、截瘫、骨科创伤术后和老年病等5类病人作为主要业务发展方向。

Objective To study different diseases and benefit of local patients admitted to the rehabilitation department of sanatori- urn, in order to provide a basis for the building of sanatorium rehabilitation department. Methods Diseases of patients were classi- fied statistically and the proportion of diseases, technical return and economic benefit were analyzed. Results Benefit was gained in five diseases such as stroke, brain trauma, paraplegia, post-orthopaedic-surgery and senile disease.Conclusion Our rehabilitation department should receive patients with diseases such as stroke, brain trauma, paraplegia, post-orthopaedic-surgery and senile dis- ease, which can be taken as the primary direction of practice development.
