摘要
对医疗用炭纤维复合床板所用的树脂、固化剂、稀释剂进行了选择,确定了适宜的工艺流程,并对床板的挠度进行了校核。实际应用表明:炭纤维复合床板的 X 射线透过率高,力学性能能满足使用要求。
The resin,solidification agent and diluent used for manufacture of carbon fiber composite bed-board (CFCB)have been tested in terms of their effects on the performance of the bed-boards.The process for the production of CFCB is optimized and the deflection of CFCB is evaluated.It was shown that X-ray can transmit the CFCBs with a higher transmissivity compared to the general bed-board.The mechanics properties of the CFCBs also meet the demands in the practical uses.
