摘要
介绍了在生阳极上料系统中通过采用 PLC 控制,实现在同一工艺生产线上交替生产高功率生电极和超高功率生电极,同时配以工业 PC 机作为上位机,实现生产过程的全自动化,并在系统中实现外部故障自动检测与诊断。
With the control of PLC the alternative production of high power green electrodes and ultra-high power green electrodes on the same technology assembly line of green anode charging system were intro- duced.Meanwhile,the industrial PC is used host computer.The total automation of production process,automatic checkout and diagnose of outer breakdown in the system were realized.
