摘要 通过计算泵站的待机/打压节能率和传动效率,绘制泵站在不同打压比时的能耗曲线,对液力耦合器调速和变频调速两种高压水除鳞泵站进行节能效果分析和比较,找到了影响调速节能效果的因素。 By calculating the waiting/working energy-saving ratio and the transmission efficiency of the pump stations,and making the graph of energy consumption of the pump stations at different waiting/working time ratios,this article analyzed and compared the energy-saving effects between Fluid Coupling and Transducer speed-regulation pump stations for High-pressure Descaling Systems,and found the factors which affect the energy-saving effect.
