基于ARM7的机动车尾气分析仪的开发

摘要 介绍了自行设计的以ARM处理器LCP2210为核心实现的便携式的机动车尾气分析仪。该分析仪是由气体采样系统、气体浓度分析系统、转速及流量的辅助测量系统和显示系统组成。系统包括ARM最小系统板、五组分气体传感器、光电式转速传感器、TFT液晶显示器、电阻式触摸屏、气体流量计、微型打印机等硬件部分和软件部分。研制的分析仪能测量机动车在各个工况下尾气排放状况。 A portable automobile exhaust gas analyzer which using an ARM chip named LPC2200 as its processor was developed. This analyzer is composed of a gas sample system, a gas density examination system, a speed & flow secondly measuring system and a display system. The hardware part of the system includes a minimum ARM system board, five-component gas sensor, photoelectric speed sensor, TFT LCD, resistive touch panel, gas flowmeter, micro-printer, as well as software. This portable automobile exhaust gas analyzer can survey the automobile exhaust gas under various operating modes.
