基于逆向工程的发动机螺旋气道点云数据处理的关键技术研究

摘要 螺旋气道气缸盖是汽车发动机的重要零部件之一,对发动机的混合气形成与燃烧、充量更换等方面具有决定性的影响。本文在逆向工程设计思想的指导下,就螺旋气道特有的结构和技术要求,使用非接触式的扫描方法扫描气道样件。由于实际测量过程中受到各种人为或随机因素的影响,使得测量结果包含噪声点大量的冗余数据,并且数据间缺乏明显的拓扑关系,这样就不利于后续的螺旋气道的重构工作。本文针对激光三维扫描方法得到的螺旋气道的点云数据,采用了快速、有效地处理技术。在最大程度上获得了较好的点云数据结果,为后续的曲线曲面重构工作做出了理想的处理过程。 Helical Duct is one of the important main parts in Auto Engines, which has a decisive effect on many performance, such as Mixture Formation and Combustion, Charge Replacement and so on. Under the guidance of reverse engineering design thinking, based on the special structure and technical requirement, this paper scans the Helical Duct sample by a laser-scanning non-contact measuring method. Because of the kinds of effect of human or random factors, maybe, there are a large number of redundant data in the result, moreover, among which it is lack of obvious Topological Relation. Thus, it would go against to the reconstruction of Helical Duct later. Aiming at the Cloud Data acquired from the measurement Technology of 3D Laser Scanning, this paper follows fast and effective Preconditioning Technique. To a great extent, it will gain better Cloud Data result, in addition, it will offer a perfect processing procedure for the following Free Curve and Surface Reconstruction.
