柴油机燃用100%生物柴油的性能与排放

摘要 在4100QB-2柴油机上进行100%生物柴油与纯柴油的性能与排放对比试验研究。试验结果表明:使用100%生物柴油的动力性下降5%~9%;有效燃油消耗率上升7%~11%;烟度排放下降50%~70%,大负荷时改善更为明显;十三工况总排放量得到大幅度改善,NOx、CO、THC和PM排放量分别下降了19.4%、65.5%、56.8%和63.0%,表明燃用100%生物柴油后具有良好的环境友好效能。 The comparative trial research on performances and exhaust of diesel engine between 100% pure bio-diesel and pure diesel was taken on a 4100 QBZL diesel engine. The results showed that : compared to the use of diesel, the power characteristics of diesel engine using 100% pure bio-diesel declined by 5% to 9% ; fuel consumption increased by 7% to 11% ; the smoke degree declined by 50% to 70% , it was much more significant when the engine ran with high load. The general exhaust can be improved greatly when it is tested in 13 working procedure. NOx emission declines by 19.4% , CO 65.5% , THC 56.8% and PM 63.0%. It shows that diesel engine fueled with 100% bio-diesel is friendly to environment.
