摘要
在发动机油底壳动态特性分析的基础上,采用BEM(边界元法)对油底壳表面进行了噪声预测。在预测的过程中发现中部底板产生最大激励响应。通过预测结果与实验结果比较,表明采用边界元法预测结构表面的辐射噪声,具有较高可靠性,而且润滑油的耦合作用对油底壳声功率级的影响不可忽略。
BEM is used in SYSNNOSE software to predict the engine oil pan surface radiated noise based on the dynamic characteristic analysis. The results testify that it's credible to predict the structure surface radiated noise based on BEM, and the effect of the fluid-solid interaction on oil pan sound power level is not negligible.
