基于MSP430智能微型电动气压止血带的研制

摘要 目的设计一种智能自动气压止血带,克服了传统电动止血带体积大、压力及止血时间可控性差等缺点。方法控制系统采用MSP430系列单片机为核心,通过对压力的监测合理地对止血带充放气。压力传感器选用MPX5050,压缩泵采用美国进口GAST(嘉仕达)无油微型空气压缩机。结论本设计实现的智能自动气压止血带具有体积小、便携带、快速充放气、压力监测与补偿、控制充气时间和压力以及具有报时报警等功能。 Purpose To design an electrically powered tourniquet which has more advantages than the conventional ones such as small size, air pressure and operating time auto matically controlled. Method The MCU of MSP430 series is the core of the control system, by which the electrically powered tourniquet is inflated/deflated intelligently when pressure in the tourniquet is monitoring. The pressure sensor uses MPX 5050 and the pump adopts GAST oil-free mini air compressors made in US. Conclusion The tourniquet is smaller, more portable, inflated/deflated quickly, which can monitor the pressure, control the air time and pressure, and even possess the pre-set inflating time and alarm functions.
