铸造用酚醛树脂的研制

STUDY ON PHENOLIC RESIN FOR CAST

研制了一种铸造用酚醛树脂，其热拉强度和冷拉强度较目前使用的铸造用酚醛树脂为高。并且探讨了合成的工艺流程和工艺条件以及各阶段的温度时间关系。

Synthesise a kind of phenol - formaldehyde resin in the casting was studied. It's heat tensile strength and cool tensile strength are high than that is being used in the casting at present. Process and conditions and the ralative ship between temperature and time in every stages were researched.
