立足我国矿情,完善矿产资源政策

To Perfect Mineral Resources Policy Based upon China's Mineral Resources Situation

我国经济社会发展对能源资源的需求持续增长,矿产资源总量虽大,但人均拥有量低,贫矿和难选矿多。简述了我国矿产资源特点及利用情况,通过分析矿产资源利用存在的主要问题,研究现行矿产资源政策,从七个方面提出了完善我国矿产资源政策的建议。

The demand for energy and resources is increasing because of China＇s economic and social development. China＇s mineral resources are great, but the amount of resource average person is less, and most are lean ores and refractory ores. The article briefly described the characteristics and utilization situation of mineral resources in China. Current mineral resources policies were studied by analysis the main problems existing in mineral resources utilization. Suggestions on perfecting china＇s mineral resources policy were put forward from seven aspects.
