Scientific Exploitation and Use of Mineral Resources

研究了当前矿产资源科学开发利用的有效途径,探索了法律规范利用。采用文献资料法、实践归纳法,认为:(1)矿产资源是不可再生资源,科学开发利用好有限的矿产资源意义深远。(2)通过在矿产资源开发利用过程中对监督管理、废物利用、地质环境治理等方面的研究,明确了当前矿产资源科学开发利用的思路。矿产资源科学开发利用必须坚持法律和科学并重进行。

The effective ways of scientific exploitation and use of mineral resources were studied, and the use of legal norm on mineral resources were explored. The methods of documentation and induction in practice were employed. The results indicated that scientific exploitation and use of non - renewable mineral resources was of great significance. Through the study of supervision and control, making good use of waste materials and geological environmental treatment in exploitation and use of mineral resources, some new ideas were pointed out. The legal norm and scientific methods must be followed in exploitation and use of mineral resources.
