摘要
采用溶液插层法制备了环氧树脂/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料,利用XRD和FT-IR等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明:环氧树脂插入到经季铵盐(CTAB)有机化改性的蒙脱土片层中,蒙脱土在环氧树脂固化过程中剥离成无定形的纳米级片层,并分散在环氧树脂基体中,形成剥离型纳米复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明,纳米复合材料的抗拉强度显著提高。
The epoxy resin/organic montmorillonite( O -MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by the process of dissolving intercalation. The samples were characterized by XRD and FT - IR. The results showed that the epoxy resin had been intercalated into the interlayers of the O - MMT modi- fied by quaternary ammonium salt (CTAB). The O - MMT had been exfoliated into amorphous nano - scale layers sufficiently during epoxy resin curing and dispersed in the polymer matrix. Then the exfoliated nanocomposites were obtained. Mechanical properties test results showed that the tensile strength of the nanocomposites increased remarkably.
