肝脂酶基因250G/A多态性与脂肪肝相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肝脂酶(HL)基因多态性与脂肪肝发病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性技术检测脂肪肝组153例,正常对照组167例的肝酯酶基因250 G/A基因多态性,两组间的计量资料和基因型频率与等位基因频率均采用χ2检验,探讨其与脂肪肝的关系。结果脂肪肝组250 G/A位点基因型和等位基因的分布与对照组相比差异无显著性,但脂肪肝组AA、GA、GG基因型频率和等位基因频率,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(2χ=16.054,P<0.05;χ2=16.882,P<0.05)。结论250 G/A多态位点基因变异与脂肪肝患者发病可能有相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between Fatty Liver Disease and hepatic lipase 250 G/A polymorphism.Methods The genotype of the hepatic lipase 250 G/A polymorphism was detected in 153 patients with Fatty Liver Disease and 167 controls by the polymerase chain reaction restriction fragments length polymorphism technique,makes of χ 2 test to compare of these two groups,uses the same way to compare the genotype frequency and allele distribution frequency,to study The effect of the gene polymorphism on Fatty Liver Diseas.lipase.Results The genotype and allele distribution of HL250G/A polymorphism were not significantly different between the whole FLD group and control group,but the genotype frequency and allele distribution frequency of the AA genotype、GA genotype、GG genotype of FLD group were significantly different between the whole FLD group and control group(χ 2=16.054,P 0.05;χ 2=16.882,P 0.05).Conclusion The 250G/A polymorphism of hepatic lipase is likely to be involved in pathogenesis of FLD.
