摘要 目的一定条件下的微波辐射对动物或人的生殖系统可产生损伤和不良影响,主要是对睾丸产生作用,也可以从影响性中枢和神经内分泌而起作用。总结近20年关于微波辐射损伤生殖系统的研究可以得出,高功率密度微波辐射对生殖系统的损伤效应已基本明确,因微波的频率、功率密度不同而损伤程度不同,对低功率密度的损伤作用尚无明确定论。低功率密度慢性接触微波辐射的潜在损伤作用研究更少,而职业活动和现实中这种接触方式多见。今后应加大对职业和日常生活中潜在的低功率密度微波辐射的长期慢性生殖系统损伤作用的研究,探讨损伤的生理、病理及基因机制,为职业人群制定合理的接触限值标准,并为日常接触的高危人群寻找安全接触方式,维护人类的生殖健康。 The exposure to microwave in some specific power density can induce the radiation damage of the urogenital system of human and animals. It has impact on the sex nerve center and the endocrine system, es- pecially on spermary. Less research literatures on this field are available for reference. By summarizing the past literatures related, we can conclude that the adverse effects of high power microwave (I-IPM) are much more obvious than that of low power microwave(LPM). Different exposure levels of HPM have different im- pacts on exposed people. We still don't know more about the adverse effects on long time LPM exposure which may happen frequently among workers during work time and people in daily life. In order to reduce the ad- verse effects of microwave to people and protect the health of urogenital system, especially for the workers who have occupational close contact with microwave, the research about the adverse effects of long time LPM expo- sure during work time and in daily life on people's urogenital system should be strengthened to explore the pathophysiology and gene mechanism of microwave damage and find feasible and effective preventive measures to protect people's reproductive health.
