洁雪牌消毒凝胶的亚急性毒性研究

Study on Sub-acute Toxicity of Jiexue Disinfection Gel

目的研究洁雪牌消毒凝胶的亚急性毒性。方法从动物体重、血液学、生化学及重要脏器的病理组织学等方面观察洁雪牌消毒凝胶对实验大鼠的亚急性毒性。结果与阴性对照组比较,洁雪牌消毒凝胶62.5、250、1000mg/kg.BW3个剂量组的体重、血液学、生物化学变化以及病理组织学方面差异均无统计学意义;各项指标在允许范围内波动。结论洁雪牌消毒凝胶对实验动物未见亚急性毒性,故使用洁雪牌消毒凝胶有一定的理论安全依据。

Objective To study the sub-acute toxicity of Jiexue disinfection gel. Methods The sub-acute toxic- ity effects of Jiexue disinfection gel on experimental rats were observed from 4 aspects of the body weight, he- matology, biochemistry and the pathologic histology of important organs. Results The differences of body weight change, hematological change, biochemical and pathological changes in the 3 dose groups of 62.5, 250 and 1000mg/kg were compared with the control group. The differences were not significant; all indicators were in normal range. Conclusion Jiexue disinfection gel had no sub-acute toxicity on experimental ani- mals, so the application of Jiexue disinfection gel is safe based on the test data.
