摘要
使用金相显微镜对于不同形变条件下的轧制棒材纵向和横向显微组织进行观察,并对其结果做了分析。双相组织原始坯料经过940℃轧制与魏氏组织的原始坯料经过940℃轧制组织基本相同,而其与经过970℃轧制组织的a相比例有所不同。并研究了退火温度和时间对于Ti6Al7Nb小规格棒材显微组织和室温力学性能的影响,确定了Ti6Al7Nb小规格棒材较佳热处理制度为(730—750)℃×(60~120)min。
The metallographic microscope was used to observe the vertical and horizontal section microstructure of the bars rolled with different deformation conditions. The results show that the microstructure of the bar with Widmanstaten structure rolled at 940℃ is the same with the normal structure rolled at 940℃. But the structure of the bar with normal structure rolled at 970 ℃ has different a proportion. Meanwhile, the effects of annealing temperature and time on the structure and mechanical properties for Ti6Al7Nb small bar were investi gated, and the optimum heat treatment technology as (730 ~ 750)℃×(60~ 120) min was determined.
