摘要 选用优质的海绵钛原料,采用三次VAR熔炼制备出TC9钛合金铸锭。锻造中,在普通锻造工艺基础上增加了近β型锻造和多轴向变形锻造,得到了晶粒细小、组织均匀的锻棒。对锻棒进行600℃×1 h+空冷的低温退火处理。力学性能测试结果表明,多轴向锻造棒材的综合性能得到提高,尤其是断面收缩率较普通锻棒提高了79.3%。 The excellent sponge titanium was selected as material to preparation TC9 titanium alloy ingots through three times VAR smel- ting. During the swaging, adding the approach β odel swaging and multi-axes deformation swaging based on the common swaging technology, the sticks with fine crystal and even structure were obtained. After 600℃×1h treatment and low temperature annealing. The properties of sticks with multi-axes swaging were improved, and the reduction of area increased by 79. 3% compared with common sticks.
