This paper describes the xenon flash electro-optic performance evaluation of the model and test methods, life prediction methods and the reliability are expected, the factors that affect the life of xen- on flash are analyzed and put forward ways to improve the reliability of xenon flash. For the design, production and user choice to use the lights, to improve efficiency of xenon flash-pumped laser have guiding significance.
