摘要
通过对镍海绵制造工艺和不同镍粉的试验,使得氧化物阴极在毫米波同轴磁控管中的试验取得显著进展。试验表明,镍海绵制造和阴极预处理以及排气的分解激活工艺,对整管性能的影响都是非常重要的。
By experiments of different nickel powder and the nickel sponge manufacturing technology, e progress was reached for the use of oxide cathode in millimeter-band coaxial magnetrons. The results owed, nickel sponge manufacturing and exhausting technology of oxide cathode was very important for e property of the magnetrons.
