摘要
以有机锆化合物交联双取代基纤维素醚(DSCE)产生水凝胶,采用动态小振幅振动实验方法测定凝胶流体的C’、C”、η*等粘弹参数,以及应力松弛、剪切触变行为,考察温度、盐对凝胶性能的影响,并对形成交联作用的微观机理与影响因素进行了初步的探讨。
The rheological properties of double substituted cellulsose substituted cellulose ether(DSCE) - based hydro-gels were studied in this article.The hydrogels were prepared by using organic zirconium com-pound as crosslinking agent.Dynamic moduli,C' and C', and complex viscosity were measured as a function of frequency for the resulting hydrogels at low deformation ratios (60%). The shear stress exhibits an absence of complete relaxation after shear flow,and hydrogel presents a positive nonzero residual force.It was demonstrated that hydrogel possess well compatibility with Nacl salt and heat resistibility.Apparently the rheology transition of hydrogel osis connected to the molecular structure cellulose ether and the type of crosslinker.
