摘要
为了使服装定制生产中裁剪方案的制定更便捷和有利于生产,对定制服装企业的裁剪方案优化系统进行了开发研究,将贪心算法和选择排序算法应用于Visual Basic语言中,实现对订单裁剪方案的自动优化生成功能;同时,运用指派问题算法对裁剪任务的分配进行优化.该软件的实际生产应用有利于企业在一定程度上降低生产成本、提高工作效率和优化管理机制.
In order to make the formulation of cutting scheme more convenient and profit production in the customization clothing, the garment customization cutting optimization software is developed. The cutting scheme optimizing is realized by using Visual Basic combined with the greed algorithm and select sorting algorithm. At the same time, it can optimize the cutting task distribution by using the assign problem algorithm. The software＇s application would low the cost in some degree, improve efficiency and optimize management.
