An Attempt to Transform Shantytowns under the Constraints of Multiple Factors——The Construction of The Detailed Planning of Shantytowns Transformati in Chengde Imperial Summer Resort Bifeng Gate South Block

改革开放以来,我国的城市面貌发生了巨大的变化,人民的生活水平大幅提高,但是城市中还存在着大量的棚户区等生存环境比较恶劣的区域,在此生活的居民大多是低收入群体,他们并没有充分享受到改革所带来的成果,要想实现社会的和谐发展,现阶段解决这部分人的民生问题,是城市建设的重要任务。本文以承德避暑山庄碧峰门南地块棚户区改造项目为例,在实践中提出了一系列的观点与方法。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇s urban landscape has undergone tremendous changes , and people＇s living standards have greatly improved. But in the city , there still exist a large number of slum areas in which the living environment is quite poor. The residents living here are basically low--income groups, they haven＇t enjoyed the benefits of the reforms. In order to a- chieve the harmonious development of society , to solve the livelihood problems of these people is an important task of urban construction at this stage. In this paper, take Chengde Mountain Resort Bifeng Gate South Block shantytowns reconstruction project for example, made a series of viewpoints and methods in practice.
