摘要 研究PVDF/炭黑复合材料中炭黑种类、用量、不同种炭黑并用及非导电填料对PVDF/炭黑复合材料电学及力学性能的影响。结果表明,HG-4炭黑填充的复合材料电性能和力学性能最好;HG-4炭黑与N339炭黑并用可得到既有良好电性能和力学性能,又有较好加工性能的复合材料;氧化锌能改善导电复合材料的电性能;炭黑种类影响导电复合材料的PTC特性。 The influence of type and content of carbon black, co-using of different carbon blacks and nonconductive filler on the electrical and mechanical properties of PVDF/carbon black composite had been studied. The results showed that the electrical and mechanical properties of the composite filled with HG-4 carbon black were the best. The composite with good electrical property, mechanical property and processing property was made by filling with HG- 4/N339 carbon black blends. The electrical property of conductive composite can be improved with zinc oxide. The FTC performance of conductive composite is influenced by the type of carbon blacks.
