摘要 研究了铂络合物-胺体系在氯丙烯与三氯氢硅硅氢加成反应中的催化作用,发现铂络合物-DMF对于该反应有较好的催化活性。找出了最佳催化剂配比,在反应温度72~78℃、n(Pt.MViMVi)︰n(DMF)=2:1、主催化剂用量2.5ppm条件下,反应可以在2h完成,γ-氯丙基三氯硅烷的收率可以达到76.4%。 The catalytic systems composed of platinum complexes and amines were investigated in the hydrosilylation of allyl chloride and trichlorosilane. It was found that the system of platinum complexes and DMF had better catalytic activity. The best catalyst ratio was identified. Under the reaction conditions: reaction temperature 72-78 ℃, n(Pt.M^ViM^Vi) : n(DMF)-2 : 1, the dosage of main catalyst was 2.5 ppm, the reaction could be completed in 2 h and the yield of γ-chloropropyl trichlorosilane could reach 76.4 %.
