磷钨酸催化合成对羟基苯乙酮 被引量:4

摘要 以乙酸苯酯为原料,磷钨酸为催化剂,经Fries重排合成对羟基苯乙酮。通过正交设计法考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及溶剂硝基苯用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:在磷钨酸预处理温度150℃、乙酸苯酯10mL,催化剂1.2g,反应温度120℃,反应时间2h,硝基苯14mL的条件下,对羟基苯乙酮收率达到了11.8%。 p-hydroxyacetophenone was synthesized by Fries rearrangement of phenol acetate using phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The factors that had influenced on the reaction were investigated through orthonormal experiments. The result showed that p-hydroxyacetophenone yield reached 11.8 % at pretreatment temperature of the catalyst 150 ℃, phenol acetate dosage 10 mL, catalyst dosage 1.2 g, reaction temperature 120 ℃ and reaction time 2 h, solvent nitrobenzene dosage 14 mL.
