摘要
用火焰原子吸收法对新疆不同产地甘草中六种元素的含量进行了连续测定,并对结果进行讨论。同时用精密度和回收率试验考察了方法的可靠性。结果表明,甘草中各元素含量差异很大,不同产地甘草各元素的量也不相同。但普遍Ca含量最高,Fe和Mg的含量也较高,Cu和Zn的含量较低,还含有一定量的Mn。该试验相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在97.2%~106.4%,证明仪器工作比较稳定,结果可靠。
Six kinds of inorganic elements in Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza uralenswas Fwasch were continuous determined by FAAS, and the results were dwascussed. At the same time, the correctness of the method was studied by the precwasions and recoveries experiment. The results show that the contents of all elements were different in one samples, and the contents of one element were different in all samples. There were abundant inorganic elements in Glycyrrhiza uralcnswas Fwasch. The contents of Ca, Fe and Mn were higher, and the contented of Cu and Zn were lower, and also contains a certain amount of Mn. The recovery of standard addition of samples were between 97.2 % and 106.4 %, relative standard deviation(RSD)〈5 %, so the equipment work was relatively sTab and the results were reliable.
