摘要
文章对石油产品运动粘度测定的影响因素进行了分析,探讨了计量器具、试验浴的温度、试油流经粘度计的时间、粘度计的位置等因素,通过试验找到了影响粘度测定的主要因素是毛细管粘度计常数和温度计示值以及设备的控温精度,其次是试验人员的操作及仪器的安装。并分析了这些影响因素的应对措施。
In the paper, the influence factors in testing kinematic viscosity of petroleum products was studied. Some influences including measuring instruments, the temperature of test bath, the time of oil flows through the viscometer, the location of viscometer were discussed. The main influence factors of viscosity measurement were coefficient of viscometer, indication of thermometer, temperature accuracy of instrument. The second influence factors were operation of testing personnel and equipment installation. And the response measures to these influences were studied.
