摘要
文章将顶空进样技术与气相色谱仪联用,检测混合物中的易制毒化学品溶剂,排除十种常见溶剂的干扰,并详细考察了浓度对保留时间的影响以及保留时间的精密度,最后对10个样品进行了分析鉴定,同时用顶空-气质联用法进行了确证。实验结果表明:各组分之间基线分离,峰形良好;样品中含量不低于1%的易制毒组分可被准确分离和检测,并与气质分析结果完全吻合。本法快速、简便、可靠,是检测混合物中易制毒化学品的有效方法。
Gas chromatograph was originally combined with headspace sampling to detect chemicals apt to making drugs in mixture (paint, etc) and to rule out the interference from ten common solvents. A detailed investigation into the influence of concentration on retention time and its repeatability was also made. The method was applied to the analysis of 10 samples, which were confirmed by headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Experiment results showed that: basic peak separation and good peak shape were achieved; components apt to making drugs whose contents were not below 1% could be exactly separated and detected,according with the results of GC/MS analysis.Conclusion: With its rapidity, simplicity and reliability, the method was proved to be an effective way of detecting chemicals apt to making drugs in mixture.
