安全管理是目前工程总承包项目中一项重要的管理内容,它关系并影响着总包工程的质量、进度、效益等。本文结合总承包项目现场实际情况,简要分析阐述了总包项目所涉及到的总包方、分包方及业主的安全管理状况,并提出了保障生产安全的预防措施。

Safety management is one of the most important administration in general engineering , which relates and affects the quality, progress and benefits of the general engineering. The safety management of general contractor , subcontractor and proprietor which was involved in the general engineering was described . Some measures for safety production were also put forwarded.
