摘要
回顾了河南省粮食生产发展的历史,分析了现状特征,指出粮食生产中存在的若干问题,着重研究了粮食增产的措施,为实现2020年粮食生产奋斗目标及今后粮食生产发展提供了基本思路。
In th is paper,the history of grain product ion in Henna is reviewed and it＇s present situation is analysed.It is pointed out the problem in grain production and the measures of grain increase in five factors is stressed.By summing up the experience of grain development in Henan,a basicway to fulfill the target of grain production in 2020 year and it s development in the future is put forward.
