经济的内生增长与外商投资的技术溢出效应

Endogenous Economic Growth and Technical Spillover Effect of Foreign investment

本文采用面板数据模型和分量回归方法,研究了外资技术溢出效应对苏州市经济内生增长的影响。研究结果表明,外资有利于提高苏州市内资企业的技术水平,但对于内资企业的技术创新能力没有显著的影响。因此,要推动苏州经济的内生增长,必须提高苏州市内资企业的自主创新能力,同时还要有选择地利用外资。

The paper employs panel data model and quantile regression method to study the influence of foreign technical spillover effects on Suzhou＇s endogenous economic growth.The result shows that foreign funds help improve the technical level of local enterprises in Suzhou city,but have no obvious impact on the technical innovation capacity of Suzhou＇s enterprises.So,in order to promote the endogenous economic growth of Suzhou,we must promote the independent innovation capacity of Suzhou＇s local enterprises,and make selective use of foreign funds.
