摘要
本文根据近年来我国金融诈骗犯罪的新型特征,结合我国金融诈骗罪的定罪模式特点,对其中的缺陷进行了分析,并提出了改进的建议。
The paper combines the distinguishing features of China＇s conviction of financial fraud with the new traits in financial fraud crime in recent years,analyzes the deficiencies,and puts forword advices on improvement.
