丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Danhong injection on blood stagnaton type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的观察丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将80例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成2组。对照组40例采用内科常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,观察治疗前后临床症状,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和程度,硝酸甘油用量,心肌耗氧量和血脂、心电图的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88%,对照组总有效率70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、心肌耗氧量及血脂、心电图均有明显改善(P均<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection on blood stagnation type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 80 patients with blood stagnation type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups：40 patients in control group were treated with routine therpy,the other 40 patients in treatment group were given Danhong injection on the basis of treatment in control group.Both treatment courses were 14 days.The changese of clinical symptoms,onset frequency,persistence time and degree of angina pectoris,dosage of nitroglycerin,oxygen consumption of myocardium,blood lipid and ECG were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effcetive rate in treatment group 88%,which were 70% in control group.There was a significant difference in the rate between two groups（P0.05）.The clinical symptoms,onset frequency,persistence time and degree of angina pectoris,dosage of nitroglycerin,oxygen consumption of myocardium,blood lipid and ECG in treatment group were significantly improved after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Danhong injection has a definite therapeutic effect on blood stagnation type of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
