中西医结合改善颈椎病血流动力学障碍疗效观察

Curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on improvement of hemodynamics disorders of cervical spondylosis

目的观察中西医结合疗法改善颈椎病血流动力学障碍的疗效。方法随机将132例具有血流动力学障碍的颈椎病患者分为2组:西药组采用尼莫地平治疗,中西医结合组采用尼莫地平联合自拟舒颈通络汤治疗,通过TCD及检验指标的检测,了解治疗后2组患者症状及血流动力学的改善情况。结果中西医结合组不但症状缓解时间短,而且血流动力学明显改善。结论尼莫地平联合自拟舒颈通络汤可明显改善颈椎病血流动力学障碍。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of tradition Chinese and western medicine on hemodynamics disorders of cervical spondylosis.Methods 132 cases of patients with hemodynamics disorders of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 2 group： western medicine group was treated with nimodipine,and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with nimodipine combined with Shujing Tongluo decoction.Improvement of symptoms and hemodynamics in both groups were observed by TCD and inspection indexes test.Results Not only symptom relieving time was short,but also hemodynamics was improved in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Conclusion Nimodipine combined with Shujing Tongluo decoction can obviously improve hemodynamics disorder of cervical spondylosis.
