详细讨论了二氯甲苯异构体精馏塔系统的工程设计与生产过程。应用变压强、变回流比分批精馏技术及高效规整填料塔得到纯度99％以上的高质量产品,产品总收率95％以上。
The distillation system design of isomeric dichlorotoluene and its production process are given in detail in this paper. Applying the batch distillation technique of varying pressure and varying reflux ratio, two products of more than 99 percent (weight) purity are obtained in a highly efficient packing tower, and the yields of 2,4 - dichlorotoluene can reach to 95 percent (weight) or higher.
