胰腺癌组织中HIF-1α与P-gp,GST-π的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胰腺癌组织中低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α),P糖蛋白(P-gp)和谷胱甘肽S转移酶-π(GST-π)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测42例胰腺癌组织(胰腺癌组)及9例慢性胰腺炎组织(胰腺炎组)和8例正常胰腺组织(正常胰腺组)中HIF-1α,P-gp,GST-π的表达,分析三者之间的关系及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果胰腺癌组HIF-1α阳性表达32例(76.2%),P-gp阳性表达28例(66.7%),GST-π阳性表达24例(57.1%)。胰腺炎组中HIF-1α,P-gp,GST-π阳性表达分别是2例(22.2%),2例(22.2%)和1例(11.1%)。在8例正常胰腺组织中HIF-1α,P-gp,GST-π阳性表达分别为0例(0%),2例(25%)和1例(12.5%)。胰腺癌组III期和IV期标本的HIF-1α表达率显著高于I期和II期(P<0.05);胰腺癌组有淋巴结转移的标本HIF-1α及P-gp表达率亦高于无淋巴结转移的标本(P<0.05)。HIF-1α表达与P-gp(r=0.553,P<0.001)及与GST-π表达均呈正相关(r=0.420,P=0.006)。结论HIF-1α可能对P-gp和GST-π的表达起上调作用,从而参与低氧对胰腺癌多药耐药的调控。针对HIF-1α的抑制手段有可能为改善胰腺癌的耐药提供新的思路。
