选用中空纤维聚砜膜提取大豆蛋白质．对膜分离过程的最优工艺条件进行了探讨，重点对膜污染规律进行了摸索．并通过对膜污染规律的动力学分析，获得了克服生产过程中的膜污染的方法，通过工业化生产试验，取得较好的工艺效果和产品．

The UF in extraction of SPI has been studied.The optional condition of UF separation has been found by the experiment. The regularity of pollution in UF, the method of overcoming pollution in UF has been found. The technology can be used in industrial production,the products and processing condition has been found.
