摘要
对制膜条件进行了优化控制,并在多孔支撑聚乙烯烧结管的外表面涂覆聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜,成功地制备出管式复合微孔膜,同时也为抑制PVDF在成膜过程中的形变提供了一个新的方法.利用自制的膜组件进行了生物酶制剂———腹蛇抗栓酶的膜蒸馏浓缩实验.结果表明,这种新型的管式膜具有许多优良的性能,如稳定、可靠性强、易于放大等.在透过侧压力为13.33kPa、温度为20℃时,其通量可以达到7~11kg/(m2·h),酶活的回收率达84%.同时也表明低温膜蒸馏技术在热敏物质的分离、浓缩和提纯方面具有很大的发展潜力.
Tubular composite porous membranes were successfully prepared by gelling a porous PVDF membrane on the porous support PE tube.Outside coating tubular membrane is also a new way to restrain the distortion of PVDF membrane.Employing the self built tubular composite membrane module,an experiment of concentration of ahalysantinfarctasum was carried out by VMD process.The results show that the membrane has several advantages such as reliability and practicability with flux 7~1kg/(m 2·h) and activity recovery 84% while temperature is 20℃ and the permeate side pressure is 13.33kPa(absolute).In addition,the VMD process with PVDF tubular composite porous membrane has potential in the concentration and purification of thermal sensitive biochemical products.
