摘要
[目的]观察不同浓度的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体小肠运动性能的影响,并探讨其药理作用机制。[方法]采用离体器官法,利用RM6240B生物信号采集与处理系统,记录不同浓度的大黄水煎剂对离体肠道作用前后的张力值。[结果]药液浓度为0.062和0.125g/ml的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道收缩表现出明显的增强作用;药液浓度为0.250和0.500g/ml的大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道收缩表现出抑制作用,在用药浓度0.500g/ml前后差异极显著;随着大黄浓度的增大,其对乌鳢肠道运动的作用加强,而对收缩频率的影响不明显。[结论]大黄水煎剂对乌鳢离体肠道平滑肌的收缩活动有明显的效应。
[Objective]The research aimed to investigate the effects of different concentrations of water decoction of rhubarb on the isolated intestinal movement performance of Ophicephalus argus and discuss its pharmacological mechanism.[Method]Using RM6240C biological information collecting system,the tension values of isolated intestine before and after administration of water decoction of rhubarb at different concentrations were recorded by using isolated organ method.[Result]Water decoction of rhubarb at 0.062 and 0.125 g/ml showed obvious enhancement on the isolated intestinal contraction of Ophicephalus argus.Water decoction of rhubarb at 0.250 and 0.500 g/ml showed inhibition on the isolated intestinal contraction of Ophicephalus argus.The difference was extremely significant between the concentrations of lower than 0.500 g/ml and more than 0.500 g/ml.With the increasing of rhubarb concentration,the intestinal movement of Ophicephalus argus enhanced and the contraction frequency did not change obviously.[Conclusion]Water decoction of rhubarb had remarkable effects on contractive activity of isolated intestines smooth muscle of Ophicephalus argus.
