西安市土地利用变化综合效益分析

Comprehensive Benefit Analysis on the Land-use Changes in Xi’an City

依据2000～2006年西安市间土地资源利用的变化情况和反映土地利用的经济效益的相关数据,利用层次单排序、模糊数学法,探讨了西安市土地利用变化的经济效益。结果表明,2000～2006年,西安市土地利用结构的变化符合经济发展的要求,经济效益呈现增长态势;土地利用变化未发挥其最大经济效益;环境污染的存在影响了土地利用变化的生态效益。

According to the change situations of land resources utilization and the related data that reflected the economic benefits of land use in Xi’an,the economic benefits of land use changes in Xi’an were discussed by using single-level sequencing and fuzzy mathematical methods.The results showed that the changes of land-use structure in Xi’an City during 2000-2006 conformed to the requirements of the economical development,and the economic benefits had shown an increasing posture.The land use changes did not play the maximum economic benefits.And the existence of the environmental pollution affected the ecological values of land use changes.
