摘要
[目的]筛选出影响灵芝富锌率的关键营养因素,从而为进一步的优化分析提供实践基础与理论指导。[方法]在对16种营养物质进行单因素试验的基础上,进一步利用Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出影响灵芝富锌率的关键营养因素。[结果]从16种营养物质中筛选出玉米粉、豆粕和KH2PO4是影响灵芝富锌能力的主要因素,其较优水平为玉米粉35.0g/L、豆粕7.0g/L和KH2PO41.0g/L。在以上述3种营养物质作为培养基组分的条件下,灵芝富锌率最高可达25.1%。[结论]利用Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出的关键营养因素,提高了灵芝富锌率,证明了该方法经济有效。
[Objective] The basis of practice and the theoretical guidance to the further optimal analysis of key nutritional factors impacting the rate of zinc-richening in Ganoderma lucidum was provided through the screening experiment.[Method] The key nutritional factors impacting the rate of zinc-richening in Ganoderma lucidum were further screened out with the method of Plackett-Burman Design based on the single factor-testing of 16 kinds of nutritious substances.[Results] The main factors such as corn flour,soybean meal,and KH2PO4 affecting the ability of zinc-richened Ganoderma lucidum were screened out from 16 nutrients and the better level of corn flour was 35.0 g/L;soybean meal,7.0 g/L and KH2PO4,1.0 g/L.The rate of zinc in Ganoderma lucidum was up to 25.1% under the condition of the above-mentioned three kinds of nutrient components being added in the medium.[Conclusion] The key nutritional factors screened out with the method of Plackett-Burman Design was beneficial to high rate of zinc-richened Ganoderma lucidum culturing,which method was proved to be cost and effective.
