林业发展布局是发展现代林业、建设生态文明、推动科学发展的战略性、基础性工作。该研究在系统分析区域林业状况的基础上,以科学发展观为指导,阐明了林业发展布局的基本原则,提出了林业区域发展的基本取向和政策措施。

The regional layout of the forestry development is the strategic and basic work to develop modern forestry,constructing the ecological culture,promote the scientific development.Based on analyzing the forestry layout situation in Hennan,with scientific development view as the guidance,the basic principles of regional forestry layout were analyzed.And the basic orientation and policy measures of the forestry regional development were put forward.
